4:30 pm TAI CHI with Elisa, Home Studio

This form of Tai Chi, (Old Northern Yang Long Form), commonly taught in the Western U.S., is a powerful AEROBIC exercise that is gentle, yet can be challenging to people of all levels of ability. Young adults, middle age, mature, and older teens. As with Chi Gong, a variety of age groups can benefit.
Sometimes students come from 4:30 to 5:30 pm and the others start at 5:30 pm so 4:30 is also an option. Due to COVID-19 precautions, in good weather, students meet outside with masks on, inside studio with masks on limited to 3 people.
