TAI CHI AND/OR TAI CHI-LIKE CHI GONG
Start time options: 4:30-5:30 pm, 5:00-6:00 pm, 5:30-6:30 pm
This form of Tai Chi, (Old Northern Yang Long Form), commonly taught in the Western U.S., is a powerful AEROBIC exercise that is gentle, yet can be challenging to people of all levels of ability. Young adults, middle age, mature, and older teens. As with Chi Gong, a variety of age groups can benefit.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, we meet outside in good weather with masks on, inside studio otherwise, with masks on. Inside limit: 3 people.
