TAI CHI and TAI CHI-LIKE CHI GONG class with ELISA, Home Studio

This form of TAI CHI, (Old Northern Yang Long Form), commonly taught in the Western U.S., is a GENTLE, POWERFUL, AEROBIC exercise that can be challenging to people of all levels of ability. Young adults, middle age, mature, and older teens. As with Chi Gong, a variety of age groups can benefit. $10/class.
TAI CHI-LIKE CHI GONG follows the TAI CHI CLASS. $10 per class. However, both classes full at present. Class limit: inside 3 with masks on. No limit for outside (good weather) with masks on. Dress comfortably, bring a friend, and a water bottle.
